A note from Pinx and Pinxy!

Well, we need to start by saying a BIG THANKYOU to Malcy and Trina for letting us invade their home and an EXTRA BIG THANX to Malc for hosting and organising a Mega Cool 4 days !! (not to mention all the driving pickups and drop offs)

This meet had an excellent vibe and everyone had a great time. Plenty of food/beer :) spoilt for choice fits the bill. Even the lack of sleep didnt make a dent in the great atmosphere we experienced over the 4 days.

Top Dude of the meet had to be Outrun (Kev) for being Mr Fixit and a dedicated one he was too !!

Highlights of the weekend were the bowling night, which everyone really got into, with whoops and cheers when the strikes and spares were made, Marblemadness (Jim) brought a jamma'd Defender pcb ( which we couldnt stop playing ) and which ultimately Jim got the highest score on !! Drinking, eating, playing an insane amount of games, even more drinking, Rabs unofficial Glasgow bus ride tour, Mega burgers, Scottish Kebabs and a Sunday roast Yum !! Crystal Castles (it still rocks !!) Baz constantly eating, Vurfs (Kelvin) amazing knowlege of console games, Mikeb for always beating me at the modern shmups, Stu for turnig up and being the only one to give me a good run for me money on Hyper Olympics and Crystal Castles (close it was too) Pinxy and Julie for Dirty Dancin', Garfra for constant jibes about my Pulstar scores, Gar's missus Jo ann for saving having the baby for another day ! Trina making chainmail !! (no i'm not kidding) and the list goes on .....

All these things combined to make a weekend we will never forget. When Malc decides to do a Scotvac 6, we Will be there with out a doubt. Anyone who is into Arcade collecting or playing Arcade or console games, should try and make it to one of Malcy's meets. If we can make it to Glasgow from the South coast of England, anyone in the U.K.can, believe us it is worth it.

Once again we say a big thankyou to everyone involved, for making us feel welcome and creating such a chilled out vibe.
